Scheduling an In-Person Appointment

Please choose appointment times within the ‘Hours of Operation’

1. Email your request to: imoveenergy@yahoo.com

2. Please include in the email:

• Your first and last name
• Type of session (hands on healing, channeled reading, tarot reading, etc.)
• Session length (1 hour or 30 minutes)
• Include 3 possible days/times you are available to meet during the ‘Hours of Operation’ 
• A cell phone number where you can be reached 

3. Your email will be responded to within 48 hours with a phone call from me.

During this call we will make introductions and outline your session.

 (It’s necessary for me to speak to you in order to review your inquiry and ensure you are matched with the right service for what you seek. Our conversation will help you focus on the exact nature of your questions so you can get the most out of your appointment).

After we speak you will receive an email confirming:

• Date and time of the appointment

• Type of service that we agreed would best fit your inquiry

• Fee and method of payment

Payment Options

• PayPal is the only accepted form of payment for Distant Healings and Psychic Readings done over the phone. 

•  All other sessions payment is in cash: No checks, credit cards, or debit cards are accepted.

Location of the appointment

• A set of directions with a description of local landmarks will be sent to you.

24 hours before the appointment you will receive a confirmation text message with the appointment time and fee.

This text message must be responded to with a ‘YES’ or ‘NO’

('YES' confirms the appointment, 'NO' will cancel the appointment.)

After the text message is sent, 

I need to hear from you by 5pm that day or the appointment will be cancelled.

In this event you will need to reschedule.

How to Schedule a Distant Healing Session/Distant Channeled Reading

1. Email three tentative appointment times that will fit your schedule with your first and last
   name and a cell phone number where you can be reached. If you are out of state and/or
   outside of the USA, please take into consideration the differences in our respective time
   zones. (A wonderful site for this is The World Clock http://www.timeanddate.com) Set your
   available times and convert them into our time zone: Boston, MA USA.
    

2. If you are living in another country outside of the USA; after I have reviewed your three

   available dates, you will be notified within 48 hours with a tentative appointment time and
   PayPal payment request. After your PayPal payment is received, Energies from Source will
   send you a confirmation of the date and time of your upcoming session. Please notify
   Energies from Source if you must cancel or change your appointment time due to a
   scheduling conflict. In this event we will reschedule.
    

3. If you presently live in the United States, within 48 hours I will follow up your email with a

   phone call. During this call we will make introductions and outline your session.  It’s

   necessary for me to speak to you in order to review your inquiry and ensure you are

   matched with the right service for what you seek. Our conversation will help you focus on

   the exact nature of your questions so you can get the most out of your appointment.
    

4. After we speak, you will receive an email confirming (1) The date and time of the

   appointment. (2) Type of service that we agreed would best fit your inquiry and (3) The fee

   and method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. With this in mind, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows for the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the price of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to us and the other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
